La Casa di Giusi

The restaurant lies on the ground floor of the Country house in the red brick and natural stone cross vaulted lounge.
The entrance leads onto the main “portico” of the house where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Adriatic coast line looking over the towns of Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto.
With an experience of over ten years Alberto and Giusy have decided to open the doors of their home to those who appreciate the refined local cooking.
In the winter season the restaurant, inside, counts around 30 guests and in the summer you are able to enjoy your meal under the portico overlooking the beautiful countryside and Adriatic coastline.
The open kitchen, closed off only by a glass wall, gives the guest the warm cosy feeling that Alberto and Giusy have wanted to create to make their guests “feel at home”.

The Menu

The menu offers the typical Marchigiano dishes that include the famous “maccheroncini di Campofilone” (A local very delicate kind of home made egg-based pasta), and the well-known filled olives, excellent local quality meat, a buffet of starters and fresh sea food from the Adriatic sea.

The Wine

The meals are accompanied by the wine that is produced for the country house from the precious grapes of the vine yards “next door”. Rosso Piceno D.O.C and Falerio dei Colli Ascolani D.O.C. These wines, together with other local produce, are available for sale at the country house

Pizza and Barbecue

In summer, when the garden is the perfect place to relax after sunset, Alberto and Giusy organize Pizza evenings and barbecues prepared on the large barbecue in the park, a charming location for outside dinners.
